Gym 360 is a workout log. This policy explains what it stores, where, and why. In short: your training stays on your phone unless you sign in, and if you sign in it is only used to sync your training between your own devices. We don't sell data, show ads or track you.
Everything you enter (workouts, sets, routines, exercises, notes, note photos and settings) is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store the following so your training can sync to your other devices:
This data is used only to provide sync. It is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, encrypted in transit, and each account can only read its own data. A workout in progress stays on your device until you finish it.
The camera is only used when you choose to take a photo for an exercise note. Photos stay on your device, and are included in sync only if you are signed in.
In the app, go to Settings → Sign In → Delete account & cloud data. This permanently deletes your account and everything stored with it on our servers. Data on your device can be removed in Settings → Storage & reset, or by deleting the app.
Gym 360 is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
